A senior Human Resources professional and an IAPC&M (International Authority of Professional Coaching and Mentoring) Certified Coach, with  over 18 years experience within corporate, commercial, government and technical organisations across the UK, Ireland and internationally. 

 

I have worked extensively with executive and leadership teams, management, employees and individuals from many varying backgrounds. Within my career I have both led and worked within teams, and managed, coached and developed individuals within them. My key passion is to empower, grow and transform others both personally and professionally.

Originally from Wales in the UK, I have lived and travelled abroad over many years, along with spending several years in the military, and have built up significant skills in resilience, focus and achieving results.  I am committed in demonstrating these skills within my coaching, to help my clients drive the change in their lives, careers or business that they seek.
